1. Shipping Locations
We currently only ship to the United States. If you are outside of these regions, please contact us at christadornofficial@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping options.
2. Processing Time
- Please see Pre-Order section on the Home Page for processing times if you purchased a pre-order item.
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- If your order is placed during a holiday or sale period, please allow extra time for processing.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer several shipping methods, and the cost will depend on your location and the size of your order.
- Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and we also offer free shipping for orders over $175 (eligible in United States only)
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
6. Order Issues & Delays
If your order is delayed or you believe there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us immediately at christadornofficial@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. Please contact us if you have questions about specific shipping restrictions in your area.
8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about import regulations.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been delivered. However, we will help you file a claim with the carrier if your package is lost or stolen.
10. Address Changes
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. If you need to change your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at christadornofficial@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate the change before the order is shipped. After shipping, we cannot change the address.
